Delivery & Returns

At Meecorn, we strive to make sure you have the best experience while selecting and buying your favorite Products. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when you might feel the need to return your product for circumstances beyond your or our control. 

We have listed everything below about our Cancellation and Refunds policy so that in case you do decide to cancel your order, or seek refunds, you do not face an iota of a problem.

Shipping Policy

We at Meecorn strive to deliver products purchased from us in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 days from the date of purchase depending upon the location of the delivery. 

To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:

  • Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.
  • Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.

Kindly make sure that Phone number is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.

In case of Cash on Delivery orders, please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to pay cash by tendering exact change. If you receive a damaged parcel, please do not accept it and inform us at +91 7978751767 (10AM – 6PM) or email us at [email protected].

Note: We make sure that all the parcels are perfectly boxed and wrapped with security tapes when they are dispatched from our order-processing unit. However, it goes through a lot of processes at the courier company’s end before reaching you. We urge you to not accept any damaged shipments, in which case it will be your responsibility if a product is missing. 

 *Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.

Return Policy

  • We deliver an order within 5-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  • We offer 7 days hassle-free returns from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge.
  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
  • For COD orders, a coupon code will be provided in the span of 5 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address/contact number.
  • Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
  • Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
  • Payments made with COD option WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH IS VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.
  • Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable
  • Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

  • In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address Meecorn (No-24,Bhiranga,Tiran,Erasama,Jagatsinghapur,Odisha 754138)
  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of coupon code in case of COD.

PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
  • If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it’s not received by you, please email or contact us within 24 hours. Email : [email protected] / Ph.no : +91 7978751767
  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail [email protected] with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
